Data controller

The controller is Valerio Vittorio Licciardo, operating the Webmark project, VAT number 02146340894, Viale Santa Panagia 136/O, 96100 Siracusa, Italy. For data enquiries: info@valeriolicciardo.com.

Data, purposes and legal bases

The form collects your name, business, email, selected plan, message, language, date, enquiry identifier and privacy notice version. Campaign parameters included in your link may be attached to the enquiry to identify its source; they do not activate advertising pixels.

We use this information to reply, understand your needs and prepare a possible proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business representatives where that basis does not apply, processing relies on the legitimate interest in managing the professional communication requested, Article 6(1)(f).

Form security and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. The IP address or authenticated identifier is transformed into a daily hash to limit repeated submissions. Infrastructure providers also process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

Marked fields are needed to handle your enquiry through the form; without them we cannot complete submission. You can contact us by email instead. Do not include health information, passwords or unnecessary confidential data. The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent. Submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or start a paid subscription.

Recipients and services

Enquiries are stored in Webmark’s private archive and notified to the controller’s mailbox. We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and storage, and Google Gmail and Google Sheets for email and the operational register. The controller also uses OpenAI and Anthropic assistants to organise contacts and prepare replies, limiting the information to what is necessary. The operational spreadsheet is not public. Relevant service providers and authorised personnel may have access to the data needed for these purposes.

Assistive tools do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell enquiry data or publish enquiries.

Retention

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for the time needed to reply and handle the related discussions. The need for retention is assessed when the enquiry closes, considering ongoing correspondence, legal obligations or documented needs to protect rights. If a contract follows, necessary records are retained throughout the relationship and for applicable statutory periods. Copies in email and the operational register are included in this review.

Abuse counters use 15-minute windows; counters older than 24 hours are removed during subsequent valid submissions. This is not automatic deletion of enquiries. The notice dismissal preference lasts for the browser session.

Processing outside the European Economic Area

These services may involve infrastructure and providers outside the EEA. Locations, roles and safeguards depend on the applicable services and contractual settings; we do not claim that all data stays within the European Union. Contact the controller for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. Transfers require the conditions set out in Chapter V GDPR.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting prior processing. Contact info@valeriolicciardo.com. Requests are handled within GDPR time limits, normally one month, with any justified extensions allowed by law.

You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. See our Cookie policy for browser storage.
