Domain, email accounts, third-party licences and legal copy are excluded. Updates cover existing content. E-commerce and custom features require a separate quote.

Why a website subscription?
You can use the managed website for the duration of your subscription. Your monthly fee covers the service, hosting, maintenance and the updates in your plan. The setup fee pays for initial configuration and customisation; it does not buy ownership of the website.
What does the free preview include?
One personalised visual direction for the opening of your page, after we clarify your needs and costs. It is not a complete website: free revisions, live functionality and publication are not included. Availability is limited during the pilot and confirmed before we start. You can view it and freely decide whether to proceed.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your domain stays registered to you and under your control. The logo, photos and text you supplied, and data collected for your business, remain available to you: we arrange retrieval before the service closes. Your subscription does not include transfer or migration of the full website and source code. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Do I need to prepare everything myself?
We'll need details about your business and services, plus your logo and the images you'd like to use. We guide you through gathering these and write the copy from your materials. Photography, logo design and image licences are agreed separately.
I already have a website and domain. Can I keep them?
Yes, we can connect the new website to your domain. Your current site stays live while we work, and we agree the switch after your approval. We check any content, email or special feature migrations first.
What if I want to cancel?
Stop the next monthly renewal by emailing info@valeriolicciardo.com before the renewal date specified in your proposal. There is no annual commitment or exit penalty. Your website stays live until the end of the paid period, when the service ends and the website is taken offline. Cancellation does not include delivery of the full website or source code.
Which updates are included?
Updates to text, photos, opening hours and contact details on existing pages, within your plan's monthly request and time allowance. New pages, structural changes, integrations and redesigns are quoted separately. We confirm any extra costs before going ahead.
Will my website rank first on Google?
We don't promise rankings or a number of leads. Business and Growth include basic SEO. Rankings also depend on content, your industry and competition. Advertising and ongoing SEO are separate services.
How does the subscription start?
We clarify your needs and costs and confirm free preview availability. After seeing it, you decide whether to accept the proposal and pay the setup fee. The full build starts after your order, payment and materials; the monthly fee starts at launch. Sending the form does not automatically reserve a preview, start a subscription or incur a charge.
